Mmmmm...... I made this last night and only shared 2 spoonfuls with Piers. I am one to never use durians in recipes (they are too precious) but even Piers agreed this was delicious. I would make this again in a flash. There is something perfect about pairing the smooth richness of durian with the tartness of raspberry. It's just wonderful.

This is Durian Riders raw food version of a dairy dessert form the 1980's in Australia called the Snak Pak. Enjoy!

This is SOOO yummy - if you got the Moroccan olives you can replicate it exactly - I'm sure it will work with other olives too. It probably wouldn't work with low quality olives in vinegar - I think the reason it works so well with the really raw olives is that they are done in filtered water and herbs, and the colour you see if olive essence!

Yummy! Fresh and delightful. Not too sweet and just delicious. ~ Created by Sheryl

This is a magical green smoothie. I also recommend it with mint and spinach.  If you love your greens increase the ratio of greens to fruit. If you are new to green smoothies start with a little less and see how you enjoy it. Enjoy! Sheryl

Asian Orange! Oh dear, that sounds a bit much like agent orange! But this won't cause mutations, I promise. This is a really simple and super yummy drink I accidentally discovered tonight - mix young coconut water with fresh squeezed orange juice. It was divine, sweeter than the OJ on its own (I have some rather tart oranges at the moment! cheesy) and refreshing. Yum! ~ FreedomB

It's so delicious and so good for you to. Next time you're wanting a juice why not just squeeze some oranges. All you need is a bowl to catch and juice and your hands! A citrus press is optional.

This is yummy! Panda served this one time I was at her place (with Harley) and Harley was absolutely hooked. He made it a couple of times after and it just got better and better!

This recipe happened by accident. We were making a salad from some greens and blended a little too long. Inspired by the beautiful creamy consistency of the greens we invented this delicious dip. Enjoy! ~ Created by Piers and Sheryl

Tangy and sweet, you can also use a food processor instead of the juicer. Great to share! ~ Created by Piers

This is a kind of 'nutty' salsa dip to go with a salad or vegie sticks. My tongue thinks it tastes exciting!!!

For this recipe, I've taken inspiration from May Bsisu's Tahini-Onion Sauce and added caramelized onions to my own basic tahini dressing. May Bsisu's recipe can be found on page 33 of The Arab Table.
