Word is spreading about our 2nd edition of the Simple Guide To Eating Raw. We've had so much positive feed back and thank you to all who have sent these emails. It's wonderful to get good news.

Unfortunately we've also had a lot of people who are having troubles with the download. One of the most common complaints is that people are taken back to the registration page and never receive the ebook.

Backtracking a bit, on the 17th of November 2009 we upgraded the ebook as well as our dowloading software. If you had already been registered and received the first edition of our free ebook, the email address you had registered would have been sent this email:

(Please note that the above email with the link is a photo, you cannot click through to subscribe by clicking on the photo. You need to do this through the email that was sent to you.)

 Anyone who was sent this email, and did NOT click on the Confirm To List link (at bottom of email with red arrow pointing at it) will not be able to register using this email. We cannot resend the confirmation email and we cannot delete the email address so that you can re-register. The reason for this is that our system is set up for spam protection at your end. If you haven't answered the Action Required email, or have unsubscribed, or deleted your contact, or if it went to spam and you missed it, the system will remember your email and will not act on it again. 

So, if this is the case... please use another email address. 

Many email hosts such as gmail, hotmail and others now have search functions so you can try searching:

ACTION REQUIRED: To keep your subscription + free book and if the email has not gone to spam or been deleted it may still be there.

Blank White Page?

Some people have reported opening the file to find a blank white page. This has happened to me once, but I walked away from my computer to make a smoothie and when I returned it was all there! It just took a little time to get to the screen. However if this problem persists, please Contact Us and on checking to make sure you are subscribed we can resend the link for you. 

Most of the time we can get these issues sorted out fairly quickly. If you do have a problem downloading the ebook, please send us some details. An email saying "I got an error" or "the download doesn't work" doesn't give us anything to work with. Some good information that you can send through is:

Error messages. Did you get one? Please copy it into the email

System: What system are you using? Window XP, Mac for example

Browser: Which browser are you using? Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.
